Guess they beat Apple to the punch....or Apple is waiting to see how this goes first before launching their own watch.

That battery life is pathetic for something that is supposed to be worn like a watch.

You'd think they would have came up with one that at least looks attractive.. le sigh


Although, this IS only 1st gen, so maybe after a few revisions, they'll get it but the cost to produce the fancier examples in the comments on that article would put the product out of reach for the general public.

I get the shits when my current watch battery dies (years) - imagine charging that every day? F. that!

the battery life of my Galaxy is pathetic too; my older Nokia lasted a week easily, the Galaxy 2-3 days tops

you have to hold it up to your mouth like a secret agent when in a call.

I think I will stick with my Rolex.
I can live with my watch simply telling me the time and date.
I have a smart phone for everything else.

Or at least by movement (Isn't it called Kinetic movement or something?), the watch will recharge its battery when you walk, run, wank .... plugging it into a wall every night? meh

Got wifi or mobile data on constantly? That'll kill battery life like mad.

I only use my data or wifi when I am actually looking at my phone and battery lasts about a week. Ironically, always dies when I am out with the boys drinking on Friday nights heh.
