We sold Euro versions of our movies to a video distributor Jaded Video. Jaded sold 5 videos to an undercover postal inspector. Jaded then sent those videos to a p.o. box in Florida. The doj then gave Jaded immunity.

Everybody should know this by now.

I have sent numerous emails to sickfucktube.com regarding our stolen material. Their entire site is based on stolen content and makes money from traffic adds.

I have sent them numerous DMCA notices only to have them move my content to their 'premium' must sign up section. They have blocked my ip address to hinder communication while they steal numerous adult studios content and display it as their own.


I ask you to suspend their account until they remove my stolen content but ideally you should hold them accountable for all of the content on their site.

No.. I'm not. As you can see we do everything we can to have such content removed and otherwise we block the publisher account. Because it's against our policy. We are also one of the few companies that don't allow filelockers to publish our ads. But if anyone comes across stolen content and our ads are next to it, just contact me and I will do what I can... We are not the enemy. Stealing lying little cunts are the enemy. There are a lot of respected companies who buy traffic with us and there are a lot of website that play by the rules. We love this industry as much as you do.. I read a lot of bullshit and I want to make it perfectly clear that we take complaints very serious. Well... I do.

If they are charging for stolen content then as I understand it they don't have DMCA protection and its not a DMCA issue. They can be sued and presumably domains and revenue seized.

I am also pretty sure that Visa and MC, at least through Merrick bank in the USA (one of the few US banks that handles adult merchant accounts) will not knowingly bill for user uploaded content. I know this because I have had to remove that functionality in default mech bunny configurations and also remove language related to it in boiler plate Terms of Service pages in order to get processing approved.

So it's nice of them to take your content down but you should continue to seek satisfaction by going on the offensive against their processing, domain registrar, and hosting. If they are willing to steal content then they are most likely not content producers and odds are most or all their content is stolen.

I don't like Max Hardcore but I like the government railroading him on trumped up bullshit even less, and I hate people charging for stolen content. If we tolerate this shit literally every kid out there could put his porn folder on a tube and saturate the paysite market with people who don't belong in it.

I'd love to see you kick someone's teeth in at AVN these year. Break their knees with a bat, pay someone to hospitalize them. Whatever it takes. It would be fitting. Won't change a thing, but it would be nice to see a few of them have to eat through a tube for the rest of their life.

Buuuuuuut... everyone has too much to lose, so it ain't ever gonna happen, and these bottom feeders and ad companies know this. So they do it over and over and over again. Best you can do is hope they get cancer and die a horrible, painful, lonely death.

Here is the nuts and bolts of it if it hasn't been explained to you yet. (I didn't read the whole thread so I apologize if it is a reapt)
Send them another DMCA for your content at the same time send a DMCA to the webhost which you have identified. Note that your previous requests have been ignored. That host is a reseller so try and find their up line provider, and send them a DMCA as well. Send the domain register for a host a DMCA as well. After the requisite time has passed ignore the tube altogether and go after the hosting companies and domain register they won't be able to ignore the requests any longer.
