(Urgent) Where to find a new girl to bring on board ASAP?
 

I've posted for weeks on craigslist.. Tried a few dating sites.. Social Networks.. even a few kinky forums.. and no luck.

I'm wanting to find a girl and build a site/blog for her.. and market her and all that good stuff.I would do this for free or maybe if I can talk her into selling videos she gets 70% I get 30%

I only need one girl. I want to take her from nothing to something. I've got a few great ideas to do this but the only thing stopping me is I'm not a girl and I can't find any willing.

I've talked to a few and they say they are interested but they would have to get back to me and then I never hear back from them. And when I go to message them they keep giving lame excuses and it's just a wild goose chase.

I'd have 100+ girls easily a day coming into the Biz cause the brands alone would be more than enough to assure someone there's $ in this.

Any tips out there or know where I can reel in a fish? Maybe toss one my way? (kidding) But seriously, this is getting frustrating.

Well I'm not offering them $ up front. I am offering them free marketing/advertising and setting up everything. Getting their name out there and driving sales.

Based on what I said, they'd also rather fuck some old guy for $100 than do everything you want them to do for the chance of making some money.

Good luck convincing girls to work for nothing up-front and to provide you free content that you can monetize. Most of these girls need quick money, not some guy that wants them to make a long term commitment. You won't be able to convince any girl to become your business partner or trust you to handle their web site or career unless you have a well known track record of success and can pay them money quickly. You're dreaming. Also why exaggerate- 100 girls a day? That's 36,500 girls a year, lol.

I get what you're sayin but eh. And that is no exaggeration. Like I said IF (notice the IF) I was with GGW or another big company that was already established it would be easy to bring in 100 a day. All you gotta do is drive the bus to the hot spots flash a lil cash n do free giveaways. I bet they pull in thousands of girls interested just from Spring Break alone. So yea 100 a day is doable, but even then most people don't recruit every single day so take that into consideration. It would be 100 a day. Which would be working days that you actually recruited. Most people don't work every single day of the year. So you assuming it would be non stop every single day of the year was a foolish assumption.

You are basically asking them to "work" for free. I wouldn't call you back either. If you were good at marketing, you would have the money to pay them. Also, offering any girl 70% while you take 30% is absolutely ridiculous for any marketer that knows what they're doing.

I'm not trying to be an asshole, but you are doing this the wrong way. If you want to make money marketing cute girls, do the ones that are already available (Solo girls, etc.) without the hassle of dealing with a live girl. You get that down? Then explore the route of creating your own site, and then you can pay the girls up front which will be less hassle for you and also make you the money that you deserve to be making if you are a good marketer.

And why is 70/30 bad? MFC takes a whole 50% from girls which should be illegal. Girls should atleast make 60%+ from cam sites in my opinion.

You need a solo site girl. What many do is pay the girl generously up front. Shoot hundreds of vids and pic sets up front, and offer girl percentage of sales (typically site sales).
There is nothing attractive about your offer, at all.

There's been many threads over the years about making solo model sites. Use the search as it's all been explained before. In fact read them, then add considerable extra weight . They're harder sells, harder to market, harder to break-even or profit from. Solo sites generally have a short shelf life. There's of course exceptions to this but if you're having a hard time finding any girl to work, it will be like winning the lottery to find someone special.

Never had a problem recruiting models before. Hell we use to get + 20-30 calls a day putting an add saying min $100/hour no experience needed
