Plugrush - Cheap clicks, good quality (however, you're going to have to have a damn good landing page and advert)

Exoclick - 5 cent clicks, meh traffic - it'll take a lot of optimizing

AdultSense - Expensive clicks - High quality "chat room site" traffic

TrafficHolder - Blind clicks, dirt cheap traffic
