Webair fucking up a lot lately?

I have been using webair for years and have had no major problems at all but have noticed a big dip in quality and a host of server errors that are not fixed despite having 5-10 tickets for the same problem. Had a forced server move and after that my server is not working well at all and they are not really doing much to fix it.

Anybody else experiencing this issue with webair as of late?

Who can recommend a more solid provider?

Emil 09-24-2013 03:29 AM

They've started to suck more and more, I moved to a new host last year. Lots of people have dropped them.

TurboAngel 09-24-2013 08:36 AM

wow.............

Supz 09-24-2013 08:43 AM

hahahahahahahaha

The Duck 09-26-2013 05:48 AM

No recommendations as to where to look for a new host?

BareBacked 09-26-2013 07:52 AM

Have not heard of them in along time. Either no one hosts with them anymore or they are not having any probelms :)

DraX 09-26-2013 10:19 AM

If you're not happy with webair, let others know about it. Check out the link please and create a short review.

Relentless 09-26-2013 10:21 AM

If you want great support NationalNet is your best choice...

Nurgle 09-26-2013 10:48 AM

this isnt news... been crap for a long time

KillerK 09-26-2013 11:14 AM

Webair is great, fuck the haters.

KickAssJesse 09-26-2013 01:15 PM

never had a major issue with webair. they're really good guys over there.

BigFurry 09-26-2013 03:07 PM

Had problems too recently, downtime, then clueless people answering the support tickets.

Also, apparently phone support is not available for smaller hosting packages.

dirtymind 09-27-2013 02:15 AM

Come host at Diploy. Hit me up and get your first month for free on any package we have on the site. Also on custom package.

:)

What does diploy mean?

P.S. Check the rule on sigs and adjust accordingly.

Oracle Porn 09-27-2013 03:58 AM

All I will say, considering I've hosted with a few of the bigger hosting companies in adult, it's very easy not to be happy with your host.
Before anything I would recommend speaking to a higher up at webair and solve your problems, ones they are solved you can think of your options...if you need help let me know.

You might want to change your link under your logo: https://diploy.net/index.html which doesn't work

Penny24Seven 09-27-2013 04:21 AM

webair is great if you have not been fucked in a while because when they fuck up you still get billed for their mistakes.

HomerSimpson 09-27-2013 06:45 AM

one more WebAir success thread....

MaDalton 09-27-2013 07:14 AM

i have been working with Techiemedia, Mojo and Certified Hosting and can recommend all three

Horny Dude 09-27-2013 07:20 AM

I bailed on them last month. Used to love Webair but they just turned to crap lately. They even billed me after I left for hosting and I'm still waiting for a refund. I won't hold my breath.

Could you please tell under which logo you mean. I have no idea where you are getting that link. Thanks.

Diploy means digital deployment, Short Diploy :)

The Duck 09-27-2013 09:25 AM

They used to be great and have been for years, not sure why the sudden drop in quality. Would like to stay with them but not with the current state of the support.

Cyber Fucker 09-27-2013 10:20 AM

They are still great! At least for me... rock solid service and nice people. :pimp

Thanks for letting me know.

Let me know if you ever need some hosting i will give you first two months for free for giving me this tip. :thumbsup

I use Nat Net. They find my problems before I do and fix them. They have some kind of software that scans servers constantly, looks for problems, and then opens up a ticket on your behalf that you never see. Then they contact you and say "We found this error and fixed it". Sweet.

I move from Webair in 2008 actually do a search and find out for yourself. They let someone into my sever then the guy got a hold of all my domains and sold them right here on GFY.

I used to say the same thing but since my server has been down 12 times in the past 5 weeks, I kinda am starting to think maybe I was wrong.

Yup, I still have some sites hosted with them (migrating to National Net this month) and the problems in recent weeks have been ridiculous, as has the tech support follow-thru. They once were serviceable (at least for me) despite all the haters, now they are honestly terrible.

I couldn't agree more. All I do is hire smart people and get out of their way and let them do their job :-)
