Help stopping comment spam

Hi all

Anyone that knows a good way to stop comment spam ( not a WP site )
I would prefer to have an open system instead of account based.

I do use a capatcha, but it doesn`t stop that much.
It´s a pain having to delete spam on an hourly basis.

I looked in the terms for rules about adult sites, but could not find anything.
Do you know their stand on porn ?

we run a script we made that checks for links and deletes them...also keywords..etc

There isent any real comments made for that review, so that would be the reason you don`t see any.
I don`t know about the OCR, not much of a code guy.
