What happened ?

I paid to custom code something for me and he vanished. I have been in the biz 8 years now and I have never been scammed till now. Craziness. I guess I am lucky not to experience it till now but it sucks.

it doesn't mean shit what his icq name/number is... it's mostly newly registered account with some random name... he can get a new account in a minute and scam you again if you don't use your brain.
