Major traffic seller doing fraudulent autoinstalls

i woke up with a shitload of complaints from my surfers, claiming they have gotten autoinstalls from my site while browsing with they cell phone, and starting to get monthly autocharges of 30 usd , this with clicking no link, simply browsing my site, and this started t after i added a popunder from a major traffic seller.

I found out they do autoinstalls on my mobile trafic, they even confirmed they allow this for "trusted" publishers.

Whats your comment on this ? Im pissed, as its IM that getting the pissed surfer reponses and demands i pay them back the money done with autocharges

What i wonder is, is this normal? Do the other traffic sellers do this as well? I mean, is it a regular procedure to fuckover the cellphone users like this , i mean its big money, 100k installs with 30 usd per month charges, it adds up quick!

"We do permit some trusted advertisers to use auto-downloads for mobile campaigns. However if this causing you issues we can remove your site from the targeting."

and my users claim they have been billed for two months already

So if they respond and say it was an accident and they are sorry and/or credit you some money or something are you not going to name them? I'm not sure what they could say that would make it ok in my mind.

The admins won't reply. And having some type of malware, virus, autoinstall is nothing new to any traffic broker.

In fact, if you name them, they will come in and say how quickly accounts got deleted and issue taken care of and then they just got some free advertising.
