I like the new characters

Haven't gotten into this show at all, guess it's not to late to start right

you can catch up in no time.
To me its one of the shows i can find on tv here that is in English.
So was very excited for it today.


The new characters are cool...I like Daryls new status as camp cool guy

They speed up this with new characters that will all die this season :)

for sure...but i thought the rule was in zombie flicks that everyone dies

They have been showing reruns all last week, from start to finish. I was watching Daryl on one of the very first episodes and noticed how much they have changed his character throughout the show.

Technically, you could say the writer's changed him -- but I think it's more of an organic character arc that writes itself once the writer knows him well. How long could he survive in that group by being a surly, racist piece of shit? I think he never really was that person-- it was just a show he put on for his overbearing brother, Merle.

Id say the Daryl character has definitely written itself.. that has to be the strongest character on the show, by far

I think it was pretty great. Raining walkers is the right way to start the season. :) I'm kind of annoyed though that they haven't figured out a better way to mass-exterminate the onslaught of walkers. It seems like there is a better solution there.

That's how I felt about it. I expected a big bang beginning, but it definitely fell short of that. :(

I think the season premier was very good. Opened up a bunch of angles they can pursue this season. Along with more Zombies!!!!

I agree that Daryl is the strongest character, followed by the older lady whose name is escaping me. All the other characters seem to shift willy-nilly depending on plot demands.

The weird race relations continue, though. Apparently black folks only talk to each other, except for the Zulu princess, who can talk to white people.

Can't wait to see how next week deals with Carl's ex-buddy. :)

Can someone explain to me what the Eddie thing was?

Is there a good place to watch it online? High quality so that I could hook my computer up to my big screen and watch it?
