Can anyone walk me threw how to setup the webcamwhiz on my domain. I purchased a .com on godaddy in hopes to add a whitelabel from webcamwhiz however I cannot for the life of me figure out how to set it up. All I have is the two IP's they gave me.

You will need to setup a A record for those 2 IPs and a CNAME pointing to "riufs.x.incapdns.net." ! I don't know how you can make that on godaddy because I never used it but it must be very easy!
