Paxum: Card 'printing' issue UNRESOLVED
 

There has been no improvement of my paxum card printing issue. My card was submitted for printing on 4th sep, 2013, it stayed at 'printing' status for more than 1 month saying "(This process can take up to 12 business days)". After asking paxum so many times about the issue they replied - "we dont have any timeline for the card to be printed"; "The bank had an issue, it will resolved soon" like those bullshit words. The status of the card was changed on the 2nd oct, 2013 to 'submitted' saying "(This process can take up to 12 business days)" and
on 15th oct the status is changed to 'printing' saying the same bullshit "(This process can take up to 12 business days)". It looks like their 12 business days are never gonna end...I ordered my for express shipping which cost 95$ and after more than 45 days my card is yet to be printed..ROFL

Ruth and Chris from paxum, yeah they replied pretty smart...They are really very sorry to hear that..LOL..and they told me that since there has been continuous delay of the process the fees for express shipping will be refunded and they can help me get waives on the wire charge so that i can withdraw my cash from paxum account by wire..I need my cash urgently now but after knocking them multiple times, none of them is replying to help me withdraw nor the express shipping charge has been refunded. Now, i am worried about my money on my account. It seems like its being stolen.

This is unbelievable. Card has been printing since 4th sep; no refund of express shipping fees; no help to get my cash withdrawn..No update of my issue, no reply from anyone's end..Just NOTHING...

Anyone having the same issue getting any help from any end? please tell me where to seek help. Its already unbearable.

Come on sponsors. Switch to payoneer already. This is bullshit.

payoneer rocks, never had a single issue with them over the last 2 years.

Payoneer i only submitted one form of id over the last 3 years never needed an updated one or anything like that no bullshit with card transfers at all live support that is awesome no problems what so fucking ever@!

Lets start mailing each other money instead of using these companies and using messanger pigeons instead of skype. :D

I wonder if Paxum considering using another bank for prepaid cards as it looks like they have problems with Choice Bank new cards printing/transferring from card to checking lately...

Well, Got help from ruth at last getting coupon for wire transfer and refund of express shipping, Thanks Ruth:)...if anyone does not get ruth on skype, you will get her on gfy...my experience and recommendation..LOL

However, the card is still on "printing" status...and it has been being printed for 2 months. Just looking forward to get it shipped and i am wishing it could be shipped by this week.

I am too much bored with the fake status of my plastic.
