Things might have changed since 2001, but Typing Master worked for me, one of the most sensible things I ever did.

Most people say "I don't have time for that", but if they stop typing so slow they can potentially have a lot more time, or get a lot more things done.

I learned the old-school way.

We always had a manual Olivetti typewriter in our house when I was a kid. Learned to type by the time I was 8...self-taught.

But still took two years of typing in highschool. Could type 80-100wpm back then.

Buy a keyboard without letters on it (for instance, das keyboard)

There you go. Or just never look. Eventually you'll have to learn. You have no choice. The key is to never cheat. After a few days it'll come to where you can at least get to 20-30 wpm to get work done. From there it gets better.
