Cee Lo Green Charged With Giving Drug to Woman
dumb ass :2 cents:
"The Voice" star Cee Lo Green was charged today with one felony count of furnishing a controlled substance, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Green, whose real name is Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, "allegedly slipped ecstacy to a 33-year-old female while the two were dining at a downtown Los Angeles restaurant sometime between July 13 and July 14, 2012," the DA's office said in a statement. Green, 39, and the woman later went back to her hotel, the statement added, but prosecutors declined to file a charge of rape, "citing insufficient evidence." The woman had previously accused Green of spiking her drink. In documents obtained by KABC, the 34-year-old victim is referred to as "Anna M." Green pleaded not guilty to the charge. Before this news, Green had been in good spirits. In an interview with ABC News Radio, he said he was flattered that so many fans were rooting for the singer to win this season on "The Voice," a reality singing competition where Green is a celebrity coach and mentor to young talent. "So many people are rooting for me to win. I hear it from everybody, 'It's your year!'" he said. "You know, even the guy at the gas station, I'm like, 'Give me 50 on two,' and he's like, 'Here ya go, also it's your year!' So many people are married to this show, so it's great." If convicted, Green faces up to four years in prison. He is due back in court on Nov. 20. Green's manager could not be reached for comment. full article... |

Not surprised, after all the change in his pocket
wasn't enough I'm like E you! |

They said there was not enough evidence to charge him with rape, which says a lot but doesn't tell us anything. Does that mean they don't believe it happened, or that they believed it happened but didn't think they could prove it in court.
Not sure they can prove he "slipped" her ecstacy. I mean, how we do not know he just gave it to her and she took it willingly? |

So she doesn't even know what day it was and it was OVER a year ago? Sounds like she is just wanting to get paid or her 15 mins of fame. :2 cents: |

What else would you expect from the morbidly obese piece of shit? I DO love this song - even though it will not help his defense much... With Jules Holland! God bless countries that actually have freedom of expression!
Fuck you. Viva La Cee Lo! |
That is not Jules Holland's stage at all. Youtube lied to me! I never would have expected that from the internet! Wah! Cee Lo should get off. Everyone who accuses him pulls the same shit - eccept that they do it with little boys who are barely out of their diapers.
Cee Lo for the win. Fuck you and fuck her, too. The change in my pocket wasn't enough? Well, fuck you, and fuck that bitch too. |

Sounds to me like some chick wanted to play in the big leagues, did some drugs, had some sex, and now is trying to cash in on it. |
Wouldn't be surprise if it goes like Anthony Anderson's case back in 2004. Woman will prove to be less than reputable and case will be kicked.

I agree with your logic, but the legal definitions i could find on 'furnishing' is to 'urnish verb accommodate, accouter, afford, appoint, apportion, arm, bestow, contribute,' et al |
Anyone can take you to court for anything in America.
Years and YEARS ago I had a secretly religious babysitter take me to court here in Orange County to try and take custody of my son through probate court, she worked at KinderCare. [story link 1] [story link 2] The media gets simple facts wrong too, and they propagate through aggregates that switch up the story just enough to make it their own. With a like minded vindictive attorney you too can spend 10 months in court with hearings, depositions, and everything else needed to drag out a case with no standing & pile up attorneys fees. Mine were a couple cool lesbians that let me off paying just a couple thousand bucks because of the publicity they got & how fucked up the case was. Seems like this chick wants to damage Cee Lo's reputation because she didn't get paid off, and it's working. She probably asked for to much money for a star of his standing. Really sucks for him, he seems like the kinda guy I'd wanna chill with. |
i would think this sort of accusation happens a lot in la la, continuing the assumption, most of those must get dismissed due to he said/she said whatever so i wonder what is so special about this case that is actual got enough traction to get to this point.
i also wonder why c-lo didn't pay her off in the last year and allowed it to become public. with his role on the voice i would think some effort was made to shush this. |
He slipped her a mickey? I can't believe I'm even saying mickey!

The case made its way to a preliminary hearing and it turns out that there was a security camera video that shows when the women went to the bathroom and that nobody even talked to her. She had seen the actor in the VIP area, went home that night and hatched a plan and then the next day she went to the police. All with the intent to file a civil suit and get some cash. The poor actor did nothing but go out with some friends and have a few drinks. If it hadn't been for that tape showing he never even came into contact with her the poor bastard would have ended up in court all because this bitch wanted some cash. I wonder how often stuff like that happens. |

i'm with you, it must happen often. the fact this one has gotten enough evidence to file charges is telling i think. or maybe she was asking for an insane amount of dough, c-lo isn't that loaded. |
but i wouldn't think slipping a chick xcatsy would be a multi-million dollar payout. now slipping her a roofie and blowing crystal meth smoke up her relaxed ass, yes.

We live in a fucked up world where females can accuse men of just about anything and the majority of Neanderthals who walk this planet will instantly believe them. It is either the "men are oppressors/women are oppressed" ideology or the "white knight" syndrome that man men have. The Neanderthals always respond with "why would she make these accusations unless they are true".
Does not matter how many false rape accusations/ false domestic abuse accusations are exposed. The idiots are always there to enable these predatory women. Fase accusers rarely if ever are charged for their lies that ruin lives and cost tax payers millions of dollars due to the police and courts being clogged up with bogus cases. |

Surely doesn't make anyone less qualified or less trustworthy to be a teacher or a parent. |

Lets see the police and DA allow a man to make this accusation against a woman and have them take it seriously. Fucking assholes.
