PHP Programmer Needed
 

Hey, Guys.

I'm looking for an experienced PHP programmer (at least, 4 years of experience).

The job is pretty simple, and it involves basically parsing RSS Feeds and retrieving the info from the articles themselves (non-adult market).

It might seem simple, but it requires advanced knowledge of Regular Expresions.

- Spanish Language a plus.
- German Language a plus.
(not needed both)

So what I am gathering is you have an RSS feed with a lot of urls, we then need to visit those URLs, scrape a number of fields and then add it to a database somewhere?

If so, just finished a couple of very similar jobs going over YellowPages.com.au and RealEstate.com.au, and the FSSG site is totally scraped with some extra user content.

If thats the case and you are still in the market let me know. For all of my work I give a fixed rate quote, and payment is only due on delivery so you know you are happy before we part ways.
