The photo is of singer Carrie Underwood. Very obviously not taken by Paul.

It's a picture of Carrie Underwood and Paul Markham took it from Google Image Search and added his watermark to it...so he stole the picture and tried to pass it off as his own work. He was called out on it and admitted that he found it via image search and attempted to excuse it by saying he was using it as an example of photography.

What a tool. If after all these years as a photographer he doesn't have 1 decent head shot ?.

You said it was bad to post here where Paulie cannot answer, but he continually 'answers' threads here at Ynot.

Then you say everyone is free to participate there. So? Very few people do. So to get maximum ggls when Paul is caught stealing and rewatermarking an image, one would post it here. Not there, as hardly anyone goes to Ynot.

Yes he could if some one were to notify the right people and those people choose to press the matter.

He could be required to pay a large sum of money but that really would not bother him much as he claims to have a fortune.

I disagree. This level of idiotic fail by somebody who should know better deserves a much wider audience than ynot and as mentioned by others, he regularly starts threads there with his reply to posts here so he made his bed and now he has to lie in it. :2 cents:

I just stopped in there and was disgusted to see almost half the threads in the industry section were started by paul. On the other hand rochard was on fire in that thread where paul posted the Underwood picture. First time I have actually seen markham shut his mouth. Nice job.
