Image/Video war script - need one that can do short video clips too
 

I need a thumbs up/down script that will have a small social network back end with whatever info the user chooses to put it in. Male/Femal, income category, white/black, normal or retarded, Facebook address, twitter address, all that retarded shit. Voting bullshit that will put things on the pages I need them to be.

Allows the user to upload pics and/or video and keep it in a library that they have control of (adding/deleting/modifying, etc)

Can you do it? Budget is around $2500

I don't care if you can modify something out there or create your own. Small side project but it needs to be somewhat scalable. Must be able to handle some high traffic.
