I'm looking for production crews in East Europe, preferably Russia, Hungary, czechia & Romania. It's for a quite big custom production project. I need the teams to do the following:
- Discover new talents (casting) and manage them
- Shooting on demand from 30 to 100 scenes/month
- Create nice settings: Light, atrezzo, vestuary, make up, etc...ha
- Be able to adapt to different styles: amateur, fetish, art, college, etc.
