cron jobs question
how do I add a cron job to my wordpress blog? I have a plugin that I want to use and in order to make it work right I have to add some code and create a cron job but I have never done anything like this before. The plugin instructions say I have to add a line of code into my crontab but I don't know what that means. Any help would be much appreciated! thanks :)

look in your cpanel , there will be an cron icon
|
ok, thank you very much. That was easy :)

You could just buy one

does crons work in free hosts ?
|
If you don't know about cron jobs, maybe better don't touch your server settings. Ask your host to implement it for you.
|
on free hostings will not work correctly, most of them have restrictions.
Get a good host, and if you don't know anything about programming, try and talk with the host support, or a friend :) |
ive seen crons work in freehosts

crons and freehosts, yea too much of a headache, there are restrictions and blocks that can make u stumble in too many ways, its a lot easier to get a payed host
