selling prescription drugs
 

Hello,

I'd like to create a viagra, cialis and other prescription drugs websites and send traffic from them to pharmacy affiliate programs. Now there are VIPPS accredited pharmacies, but maximum commission with them is 7%. Then there are unlicensed pharmacies which offer much higher commissions, but is it legal to send traffic to them? What precautions should I take to avoid any legal trouble?
Can I use viagra, cialis or other trademarked words in my domain name?

Anybody selling prescription drugs?

i would ignore all the trademark problems & use them on my site. better for sales that way, makes you look legit. the trademark holders dont have the budget to go after all the websites using their Intellectual Property anyway.

also dont worry about sending traffic to unlicensed pharmacies. the higher payout is all that matters. who cares if anyone gets poisoned & dies & the feds search their computer & they got the pills from your marketing? no big deal!

There's also a good profit selling prescription pads. Have a printer run off a couple hundred thousand it's like printing money.

Only 1 company I know of that is licensed to prescribe online in the US and actually ships legit shit, expensive though...
