Va2k 11-22-2013 01:44 PM

Ouch that would suck if it is not a typo!

fitzmulti 11-22-2013 01:54 PM

That's not a CCBILL issue most likely...most likely, the affiliate program has been set - or set YOU - to 1%.
:P

lucas131 11-22-2013 01:56 PM

yes, they lower your percentage, if no info, looks scammy ...

femdomdestiny 11-22-2013 02:00 PM

Yes...sponsor issue, 1% defined program properties. Fantastic.

TheDA 11-22-2013 02:08 PM

Yeah it sometimes happens if you break rules and don't respond to or don't get emails.

There was a big UK stockings/pantyhose/uniform site that dropped my percentage a while back because I was promoting on domains that had their site names in them.

They only dropped the low-earning ones and never touched a group of them that was making $xxxxx a year with them. A bit unfair I thought but I just slowly moved to other sponsors anyway and eventually stopped promoting them altogether, their loss as far as I'm concerned.

It's funny what you see when you have multiple accounts with the same sponsor :)

They've been laying off staff I heard recently as well.

DVTimes 11-22-2013 03:41 PM

what will you spend your 1% on?

PornDude 11-22-2013 05:05 PM

I guess she doesn't like you :(

Remember CCBill have a contract with you as well as the sponsor - They can't ignore your contract because they make more from the sponsor...

CCBill enables the bad behavior because they do not automatically notify affiliates by email when the percentage is changed as Verotel does (or used to). CCBill pays but I wouldn't call them affiliate friendly anymore. Ever since the time when they enabled the cross sales without adding any way to credit affiliates. Although affiliates are the reason CCBill grew it honestly seems they haven't gave a shit about affiliates for at least half a decade. There is so much they could fix for accountability but they don't care.

Happened to me once, was a fetish program as well (forget which one).

I let them know and they said it was an error lol

nikki99 11-22-2013 05:28 PM

lots of money

ls101 11-22-2013 08:37 PM

cash them out!

Just Alex 11-22-2013 08:59 PM

I see this happening all the time. Zero for rebills, 20% for initial and zero after.

bean-aid 11-22-2013 09:03 PM

Every percent counts

I've contacted program and they raised 70% revshare for me.
I don't care much because I wasn't aware about this sponsor at all, there are tons of them that are not sending newsletters and promo content to webmasters, so I simply forget them.

Regarding verotel you mentioned. they were stable and good until they asked from site owners recently some payment because of master card ( if I remember good). Most of sites stopped using them. I was shocked last week when I've went through my sponsor list and checked verotel sites, 90% of them not using verotel at all and no one sent notification. Crazy, because that means that I have huge traffic leak. ( and currently not having time to solve this , I am already late on other projects).

adultchatpay 11-23-2013 06:57 AM

Sounds like it was set to 1%.

arock10 11-23-2013 07:51 AM

Well if you wanna try again with us it's still set to 50% no fees ;)
