Hey, this is the first Sunday in 3 weeks the 9'er's haven't lost.

Seth Manson 11-24-2013 04:38 PM

Was there really a chance that Bush could be elected? Or re-relected?

Was there really a chance that Obama could be elected? Or re-elected?

Apply the answers to those questions to your question about Hillary.

YES IT'S FUCKING POSSIBLE

adendreams 11-24-2013 04:39 PM

funny post - I can understand your frustration - just keep in mind we have this Hillary bitch as the least bad of some terrible options...

PornoMonster 11-24-2013 04:44 PM

If you do not elect her you are sexist!!!!!!!!!!

SuckOnThis 11-24-2013 04:48 PM

I think the Democratic nomination will be a battle between two women, Elizabeth Warren and Hillary.

kronic 11-24-2013 04:51 PM

Nearly every woman will vote for her for no other reason than she IS a woman, regardless of her platform. Just like nearly every Republican will vote for whatever candidate they produce for no other reason than they ARE Republican, regardless of their platform.

All I know about football is, my middle ex LOVED the forty niner people, and once there was a superbowl time and we placed a little bet. If the team I picked won she did nothing but blowjobs for two weeks. If her team won then I would fuck her for two weeks with no blowjobs. So the steelers won (they are from philly) and her snatch was empty for two weeks (as far as I know- that is)

So that is the only time I ever enjoyed watching or had any reason to watch a football game.

The studies have shown that women are actually less likely to vote for another woman than a man especially if that woman is from an opposing party. Republican women sure as hell aren't going to vote for Hilary. Republicans despise the Clintons. She can't just count on the female vote. That said, she could help motivate the far left. That is always the trouble for the democrats. Getting the extreme left and young liberals to the polls is a challenge. She might motivate them and she might motivate younger first time female voters to vote for her.

Two years is a long ways away. Right now other than maybe Chris Christie there isn't anyone other than Clinton who has a nationally known name that people are talking about so it makes it seem like Hilary is going to be the easy winner.

I think Obamacare will play a huge role in the next presidential election. If it appears to be working well and people end up liking it then the democrat will likely be hard to beat. The electoral map is skewing democrat right now and if Obamacare is pretty popular they can likely ride that to victory. If it is a major failure and is not working it gives the advantage to the republican who can run on the platform of eliminating it.

I would LOVE it if Elizabeth Warren ran - people are saying that was just a rumor and she wont - we'll see

I am a woman and I won't vote for a woman just because she is a woman. The jacktards in Congress aren't going to cooperate with a woman any better than they did a black man so it would be pointless any ways. Sides Hilary isn't a woman. It takes more than having a vagina to actually qualify as a woman in my book. She seems to be lacking some chromosomes or have some genetic chemical imbalance or some shit IMHO.

spot on.

There is no possibility of a Republican winning if Obamacare is popular in 2016.

In fact I doubt a Republican can win for the next 20 years if Obamacare works out - the fear and smear FUCK the poor and sick GOP have risked the farm telling everyone what a total disaster the ACA is - how they could return from that ALL IN bet to ever win the white house again is hard to imagine.

She's a politician. You can't expect her to be authentically feminine.

sperbonzo 11-25-2013 10:21 AM

Once she wins, and I think that she will.... anyone that opposes any of her policies will not be against her because of what she has done or said, they will be against her because they hate that a woman is president.

This will happen even here on this board. People will post memes saying that anyone protesting anything she does is just afraid of women with power....

Mark my words.....

BFT3K 11-25-2013 10:37 AM

I would vote for Elizabeth Warren over Hillary in a heartbeat.

of course i have no numbers at hand but i think i read a study that showed the opposite at least for Germany...

but i think it also makes a difference who the opponent is - i think women more likely vote based on their personal situation (think planned parenthood etc) than global politics

My sentiments exactly.

Hillary will get my (far less enthusiastic) vote if she wins the nomination though.

Just Google "why women won't vote for women" and you will find plenty or articles.

Obviously, part of it is simply party affiliation and ideals, but there is a good amount of evidence that shows many women are actually more biased against female candidates than male candidates.

I actually think that was one of the things Palin did right after McCain picked her as the VP candidate that turned a lot of women off. In her first speech she basically said that since Hilary was out of the race women now had a new candidate they could vote for and it offended a lot of them.

Yep. If Obamacare is working decently there will be millions of people who will have decent health insurance that didn't have it before. When given the choice of picking a candidate that will let them keep that or a candidate that will take that away, they will choose the one that will let them keep it.

Right now things are starting badly, but with anything like this you only hear the bad news. Nationwide over a million people have already applied for health insurance and that number will grow. The people that are happy rarely speak, it is the angry ones that speak.

The proof will be in the pudding. When we reach Jan. 2015 if it isn't going well it will likely hurt the democrats as the primaries get underway. If it is going pretty good, it will hurt the republicans.

Agree Mike, but It certainly will not have anything to do with Obamacare, or any other policies from this admin, anyone with an IQ above potato can easily see how she has systematically distanced herself from him.

She will win because the republican party is still to solidly joined at the hip to the Christian right.

This country so desperately needs a third party.

NaughtyRob 11-25-2013 02:11 PM

There will be a woman US President soon, sure. Why not.

Just a small point of contention with that number. Over a million people have signed up for an account, so they can see their various options. That is different than applied for healthcare. The people that have applied for healthcare was the 123,000 or whatever the October number was. Obviously that number is higher as we sit on Nov 25th.

No there was no chance George W Bush could have been elected or re-elected. That's why he had to steal the election.

i tend to think that women were turned off by Palin for completely different reasons - for example because women are smarter than many men think :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

Right. I should have said over a million people have created accounts. There are a lot of states where things are going fairly well because they have their own websites. It is the main healthcare.gov site that didn't work so all the states that are just relying on that are the ones have issues.

I think once people got to know here many women disliked Palin for many different reasons. I just think she did herself no favors when her first big national speech was telling women they now have someone to vote for. She immediately made it sound like they were all dumb and couldn't think for themselves.

we can agree on that

I don't care about osamacare and I'm not one who affiliates with any party much less do I think that males are superior to females (on the contrary, actually)

But if hillary can win, we're done
