Payment processing solution questions

What features and solutions would you be interested in seeing as part of a payment processing solution for your website?
Rates? Settlement Times? Chargeback Protection? Reserves? Affiliate Pay Out options?
Multiple Currencies?
What would motivate you to consider adding a new payment option to your website?

All of the normal features, but with lower rates, and I'll switch to you in a heartbeat :)

I'm currently using verotel, their fee is really high!
