I'm about to order a dedicated server at a french company, the company couldn't tell me anything about french regulations regarding to adult content, but i found a lot of french sites using a warning page.

Is a warning page needed in France?

porn is illegal if children can access it.
That's why most websites add a disclaimer.

(it is advised for hardcore porn, topless is ok)

You should use one if you are hosting in France and targeting the French consumer.
