They took over 2 weeks to set up servers for me. I eventually left and went to Ubiquity before I started colo'ing.

No experience, but I think I won't try.

I had used a box of theirs for several projects, a couple VPS from a reseller to be exact.

Things were great until the sites started attacked.

I ended up moving those projects to OVH eventually.

This was several years ago so things may have changed.

We had several machines with them a few years ago, and they went way above and beyond to accommodate our very specific needs, from a dedicated database server to a storage servers and delivery servers. And then went above and beyond again to accommodate very specific IP requirements we had. One tech in particular "Kate" (won't use her last name), was unbelievably helpful.

Our experience was with unmanaged servers so I can't speak to their managed options. But overall, our experience with them was quite positive.

Really? wow, things must have changed since I was there (around 4 years ago). Was your experience with Dedicated Servers (if so, managed or unmanaged?), or was it with VPS, Hosting or Cloud?

Kate is by far the best tech support person I've EVER dealt with.
