Programs that allow afils to upload to tubes
 

If you are a program that allows affiliates to create clips up to 7 mins from your members area and include a watermark for me to upload to tubes, please post your info here or email me at: tubevideoeditor @ gmail.com

Do you mean that you want the program to include it's own watermark, or for you to be able to add your own watermark (URL) to one of your sites (instead of the program's site)?

The affiliate link back to the program site from the tube site would be whose link? (Your affiliate link or the tube site affiliate link)?

Trying to understand what is in it for anyone other than yourself (not that there is anything wrong with that)...it seems like tube sites are the new/main affiliates for many programs.
