Not limited to Russia. We have "mothers" here in Orange County that turn their head the opposite direction of traffic while walking fast into the road stroller 4 feet ahead them to get traffic to stop for them to cross, no joke.

From all the countries I visited then America is without doubt the country where pedestrians have the least respect for cars. Especially on parking lots around shopping malls

Moms can be as careless, reckless, and as abusive as they want. I totally agree with you about all that..... EXCEPT when it comes to parking lots. There are people walking all over the place in parking lots. They are not roads, they are private property where cars are parked and people are walking to and from them, and they should not be treated by drivers as roads. You should basically be idling along in a parking lot, and pedestrians have the right of way.
