serious business thread - how to create play money currency?
 

Looking at this http://coinmarketcap.com/ and seeing some no name play money having market cap in hundreds of thousands or millions.
What does it take to create one? What does it take to promote one?
This could be (and is for those who created them) serious business opportunity.

Even play money called "junk coin" has a cap of 76,000 $..
