Is Verotel financially sound?
 
Kind of worried as I now have strong reason to suspect that they are short on cash?

Anybody can confirm different?

I hope I am mistaken but there seems to be an issue with verotel payouts which are quite tiny on my account.

anybody else?

of course not I am the only one in the whole industry having payout troubles with verotel

Perhaps I am the token test case around here.

We were just informed by verotel that our payouts are suspended from here on out.

We were contacted by them out of the blue just 24 hours ago and was offered a business proposal by verotel.

I shit you not.

The proposal was packaged as they are executing a new policy of *GET TO KNOW YOUR CLIENTS*

IN an effort to better know me they are made a request to me to send in birth certificate, personal home utility bill, passport, signed and notarized....along with a $500.00 check!

I shit you not....they wish to better know me and the only way to accomplish this is for me to send in birth cert, utility bill, passport, and check.

So as I am considering this request to get to know them better...verotel decided that to help me with my decision regarding their business proposal that they will suspend my payouts until I accept their business proposal.

Normally when a middle man deviates from the norm especially a week before x-mas it is a dead give away thatthey are not financially sound anymore.

Now every year for the past 4 years zombaio has been late at payouts at precisely this same time of year!

I think it is a strange coincidence that verotel waits until a week before x-mas to decide to suspend payouts on an account that has been in good standing for 9 years.

You can check gfy and see I never beat up on verotel like I did other more desperate cheesy rats.

So kind of shocked that an account in good standing for 9 years would be *SHUT OFF* as I am forced to consider their request to get to know me better....

but when you read the fine print it is an insidious attempt to get me to incorporate my business with them and be a dual entity in their municipality.

Anyways I don't know if this is applied to all of their clients, as I would hate to discover that I am the only verotel client having 9 years of payouts suspended a week before x-mas as I consider selling my soul to the middle man

middle men can fuck them selves....thats just me and all I need to know is that they singled me out and nobody else is having their payouts ceased

I can take it from here...just waiting for a little more feedback to see if they have chose to do this with all account or just my account.

Bootm line is there is no reason to suspend my little measley payouts unless they don;t have the measley money.

I would wager they are having cash flow issues and until they show me my funds secured in an account I have no reason to believe they are financially sound.

My payouts don;t need to be held or suspended for me to get paper work in order.

I was thinking that also initially but you would have to assume that SwirlsGirl had contacted verotel directed before exploding on the board about them so it could be legitimate.

My guess is that if it is a genuine request then they have noticed a significant change of some sort possibly organizational or procedural and want to make sure that they are still dealing with who they thought they were dealing with.

Wasn't Beaner supposedly testing some "revolutionary" new billing process on your site Sara? You think it could be related to that?

This change was announced earlier this year. The deadline ended up being about 6 months later than they said, but it certainly shouldn't have been a surprise to you.

The bit I'm surprised about is that we were able to use Verotel for so long without any Visa/MC fees whatsoever, and I for one am thankful for that. That's saved me a few thousand bucks.

hey respectfully your guess is as good as mines

verotel has been sending me weekly payouts for the better part of 9 years

we painfully discovered yesterday (12 days before x-mas) that all current and future payouts are now going to be suspended until we decide if we are going to allow them to incorporate with us.

Even if I was interested in cooperating with them, for them to arbitrarily decide I am not getting paid this week when I need my peanuts to survive is quite infuriating to put it mildly.

Its like deja vous creative and clever plots to lock down and liquidate or free up some cash for somebody in the verotel organization.

You are not going to tell me they are not having cash flow problems when they suspend my payouts first and ask questions later.

There was no warning, no reminder, no update just....good afternoon....yourpayouts are now suspended until you follow the steps in our get to know you program

We responded and reminded them we did not consent or approve them to hold any payments and we would expect the payout on time as they have been for so many years.

they responded like we were some kind of ghoul, like we were insignificant and our wishes just did not matter.

the middle men have in fact played a strong arm card and feel that it is their right to deny x-mas money to a family the week before x-mas

if they pull this in spring time I would be pissed as well but not as pissed as I am the week before x-mas

that is monkey spank bull shit whether you love or hate swirlsgirl.

If ccbill zombaio, or epoch sent you an email telling you sunday the day before your monday wire that your payouts were now suspended until you fork over your birth cert, gps coordinates, auto deed, insurance policy,utility bill

there would be a bumb rush of mother fuckers on this board calling ccbill a bunch of criminal mother fuckers

it seems as long as swirlsgirl is the only one around here suffering from kidnapped payouts then it must be more to it.

there is not more to it....I ask them to prove they have my money in an account and they refuse to even show me that...so it is warfare and thats what people don't realize business is warfare and now I got to use tricks, and tactics like they use to get them to capitulate and give us what is right fully ours.

Sure just like zombaio did to us they closed and terminated our account immediately after I came to the boards and told the industry how they tried to take my measley weekly rebill wires.

Just so you know they did in fact email us and told us to go fuck our selves along with our measely peanut payouts.

within 24 hours they had a change of heart....and we will leave it at that.

I feel sorry for anyone using 3rd party billers only to staff your cash register....you have not the foggiest fucking clue.

Billing/payments/etc goes so smooth that i don't even think about billing...

I second this. After being a long time ccbill person, epoch is amazing. They accomplish stuff in an hour that takes ccbill a week
