Critique my Tours/Traffic for my entry level pay site

These are my weekly numbers for a well performing week this year for my main paysite with the strongest traffic while we are still in beta gathering content. This is all %100 organic traffic no traffic buys or ad placements. Highest traffic day was 1700 overall unique vistitors (10k is my goal once we are no longer in beta)

I need to know what I should be doing to make these my daily numbers by Q4 of next year. I am pretty much depressed with these numbers. My new sales are doing really bad rebills are decent.

Sales during this period

Traffic fo the same period

I am going to be opening up a line of credit what should I be using a majorid of the revenue on (I am planning to use all 3 methods)

Ad Buys (banner ads)?

Direct Traffic (popundeers, skim) ?

SEO/Blogger

I know these numbers are really laughable to some of you but I recently just directed my 60th scene and this paysite only has around 110 videos of 100% exclusive content including bts so I am proud of these numbers in this extremely early stage. 4 years ago I was in my basement and didnt know a thing and now I shake hands and meet with people I look up to in the industry. I think if I can increase my content base to 300 by the end of the year and increase traffic to 10k a day with 50% of that being organic I can acheive the growth I am looking.

Funny I got a call while I was posting this from a random fan that found my number and he asked me for advice on starting his own company. Weird how the universe works...

Do you currently have an affiliate program??

You should setup with NATS to power your affiliate program then! :)

Check out the default template we prove for your affiliates here: http://democash.com

You can fully customize it to match your branding with our CSS theme builder/color picker.

I see that you are using a few processors that are already NATS integrated so all you need to do is configure them in the NATS billing admin.

Let me know if you would like to discuss more about getting setup.
