WTB Quality Hardlinks w/Alexa and/or PR
 

Looking for yearly links on pages with an Alexa less than 1 million or pages with Alexa less than 2 million but with decent Page Rank (2 or higher).

No networks please, or package deals. We look at each site by itself.

Our budget is big and we are willing to pay for the best.
