You can spam so long as you provide at least one idea.

get a new tablet, case, extra power cords
Buy a plane ticket/hotel/transportation package to somewhere business-y
Pre-buy the next 6 months of traffic now.
Buy a really nice but pricey domain name

media 12-19-2013 02:49 PM

Standardized milage deductions
Entertainment Expenses
Gambling Losses (Provable)
Clothing for yourself (if it is branded with your company logo only, I know some people who embroider some pretty nice shit for $20 and write off more than that legitimately)

Yeh.. alot in this thread that is good to think about if you're doing long form..

Traffic

Hit all of the above with one investment: hire a very good programmer to build an interlinking network of promotional tools (blogs that lead to tubes, tubes that intelligently rotate ads, harvest emails, do email marketing, etc) that will lead to more traffic, more sales, and more leads in 2014. :thumbsup

Then, make this white-box available to affiliates, where they only need to bring domains and you can organically populate their sites with content automatically, without them needing to intervene.

funny story

Years ago I called up an escort agency and had them send up a girl when I was living in NYC. They accepted CC's so I paid with plastic. When I got the statement the charge for her was from a travel agency. I wrote it off that years taxes as a travel expense

:thumbsup

I don't write off as much as I could, most of mine is advertising. If I was struggling I'd be looking for every nickel but I don't get crazy or exaggerate.

Noticing the usual increase in mainstream domain offers coming my way, trying to offload cash I suppose as December is always solid for domain sales.

The "waiting room" for my home office needs to be written off. .

I may be interested. You have ICQ? I'll be around all day tomorrow.

Doesn't the US tax year end in september or something? Anyways - we can sell software or custom coding if someone wants a writeoff.
