SEO Title question
 

Hello! It's been a while since I've seen a real thread, so here's a random one:

In Wordpress, I'm making a new blog http://pussylogs.com
My question is, would it be a good idea to have the top right "About Pussy Logs" on all pages, just the home page, or some mix in terms of SEO?

Make it only on homepage.

Yes, mix other site titles with their specific topic/title. Use wpseo for that.

wpseo is a little different than what I need, but I can do that with Widget Logic when I wake up :winkwink:

Definitely only on the homepage.
Also you need to put more textual content on the gallery pages (e.g. talk about the girls, describe the scene, etc.) coz at the moment you just have gallery promo images (which a bunch of other sites already have).

Every page unique, avoid clashing with the H1 , over 20 chars, less than 64 chars and dont repeat the site on every one either.

use keyword and brand in title. keep keyword density low. Ideally under 2%. I would not use them on the sidebar if it shows up on every page.

Cool. So, I thought it would be a good idea to make each page a separate description, like "Alphabetized gallery list of all of the pussy on PussyLogs! filler..kw density..etc.." for the pictures page and descriptions of the galleries for individual galleries (I'm sure I'll need to use caching or the Widget Logic could use too much PHP, not sure. :/ ) and figure out what to do differently for posts.. Then figure out if I'm going to do the same for individual category and tag pages or archive bs..

What would be the difference between that and using just that on the home page like some others are suggesting?

I haven't put in meta descriptions yet because this is just a side project for me and I haven't gotten around to it yet.. Plus the weather isn't helping. :Oh crap

Alright, so I used Widget Logic and noticed a problem.. :/

First of all, if I just put in the about text box with WL on the home page, it fucks up the nav bar on any other page.

The second problem, as you can see, is that when I have multiple boxes with page variables, it still fucking renders the text boxes that are meant for other pages and aren't supposed to show up as blank <div>s, causing an annoying line for each one because of the css.. :(
(I don't know why it only happens in the header widget area in Suffusion but works fine in the regular sidebar area, either...)

I'll have to hand code something in the sidebar.php, but might also be hard to do in Suffusion.. We'll see what happens.

If you are an affiliate google will find out sooner or later and slap you ... so no need to worry about SEO.
