In Lamparello v. Falwell, the high court let stand a 2005 Fourth Circuit finding that "the use of a mark in a domain name for a gripe site criticizing the markholder does not constitute cybersquatting."

So that they are trade marked or not, it does not matter. Unless you make a site to insult them or that will use their logo, or their name, or a copy of their site..

Apparently you don't understand trademark law. Putting up an adult entertainment site on PornhubY.com would be trademark infringement, and because of that the domain is basically worthless.

I really don't think you are right, I think you might be right if you make a Porn tube site... But, I doubt their trademark cover ALL adult entertainement...

But to be honest, I dont know this very well, If no one want the domain i dont care i will let it expire no problem.

In 3 month it received 2500 unique visitor / 12k page views...
