Can anyone recommend a reliable hosting.

Check out InterServer. They have good prices and excellent service. I setup a VPS with them and I got all the help I needed from them to get it setup the way that I wanted. I've been with them now for about 1 year, and my server has never been done. Anyway check it out.

I jumped around for a long time trying to find a decent host because i am still using shared hosting and Arvixe has so far been the best in terms of downtime, my sites content, load times, amount of files I can store, size of database, traffic, etc.
