How many days off did you take the past 2 weeks ??
 

It's always nice to get a break from the usual daily routine, and over the festive period is usually when most people take a bit of time out for a little while at least, but how many days would you say you actually took off from doing any work ?

I probably had 4 days all in when i'd say i did nothing. Spent all day drinking yesterday, but after a good sleep it's back to the usual routine again, and i have to say i'm ready for it again !!! :thumbsup

Maybe 2... I've been trying to get to many things done and dont have the time in a normal day

I did some work everyday.
most of which were full days

I did take the weekend off and overall things are slower

the rich are on their boats for weeks and I like to think that I'm better off for working hard but I don't really believe it in the end amd my carpal tunnel would agree.

I had the week of Christmas off

I got emails from people to do work even on Christmas day

A fair few, did bits and pieces on those days though.

4 days, which is quite long for me....

Pretty much have always took care of business...even when I'm on vacations.
I filmed a music video on New Years Eve. Wasn't that big of a deal.

I like what I do, so when I don't do it I'm unhappy.

No day without doing something, but I had some fun with the family.

I should be taking some time off but there's some important stuff to be done right now.

Having the wife and kids home all day every day does prove a bit distracting though.

Unless you count time getting and recovering from oral surgery, kinda none. Sorta two maybe. Crazy busy time of year. Had extra projects in this work, this year especially.

I took some time off around the holidays, mostly because I have a life outside of work.

Grand total time I spent not working that I otherwise would've over the past couple of weeks probably comes to about 2 days overall. If one of my laptops is around and I have a net connection, I'll always at least be checking on stuff / replying to e-mails.

I normally work between 6-8 hours a day. Starting the 18th of December, I worked every day except three, but I would say that I probably only did between 2-4 hours each day that I worked on average. I'm not home until the 8th of Jan so now I'm trying to boost productivity before I fly back!

2 days, but it was planned for by getting ahead by at least 3 days beforehand.

I find it funny when people say they need to work 24/7 to be successful. To me that isnt success. Having a life is success.

I guess that is all perspective.

I like to work, I enjoy what I do. I enjoy building it and making it successful.

Even though you have become very successful at GameLink (congrats on that brother)...your perspective would be different if you owned GameLink.

I think you'd be a lot more like me then...having fun, having a life...but also ALWAYS keeping one hand on the wheel.

It's different when it's your baby. You never take 4 or 5 days completely off...it would drive you insane. lol
