AWE Problems again :(
Ok so it's not a problem yet but I can see it becoming one. I have sent an email to support so I am waiting to hear back from them but wanted to hear you guys thoughts.
I made a PPS sale yesterday and happened to check my stats and noticed it was credited to a member that looked familiar. Sure enough I checked my chargebacks and his name was on the list members that had charged back. The original sale was Dec 12th and charged back Dec 19th Then he joined again which has been credited yesterday. I don't understand how the same member can join twice. From the same referring URL 3 weeks apart. Thoughts? Am I going to lose another sale despite this member already shafting me once? |
You would be much better off spending your time fretting about how to make your next 1000 sales, not spending it worried about a single sale. Thats pure silliness and a complete waste of time and energy.

I am not fretting.
I am still working. I just want to know if this circumstance is 'normal'. |
Could be it was a refund not a chargeback (it is a different thing - refund is asked to the site and site does it with no fees - chargeback it is asked to the bank and site it is screwed + $20 fee) and then the guy deposit again, happens often.

Hi there,
We are looking into the case and as soon as we have a definitive answer we will let the Webmaster know privately. What I can tell for sure is that we do not let fraudulent users back on the site. We understand that chargebacks are bad for our Webmasters and for our business interests as well, therefore we do our best to prevent them. Best regards and have a Happy New Year! |
