There are a lot of tube sites with the name porn tube in it. So porntube has a lot of law suits to handle.

Dump the banner ads and put in a text link in the photo caption areas instead.
Start a new tumblr blog on a new i.p., new account and under a new email. You can guarantee that because you've posted the address of that one here, its probably been reported god knows how many times already.

Any kind of advertising is frowned upon but text links will slip under the radar a bit longer, also they'll show up on any reblogs and that's where most of the traffic will come from so you'll get much more exposure that way.
