Few Months To Get A Paxum Card -- Now Can't Activate It!
 

I waited a few months to finally get a Paxum card and just tried to activate it and nothing happens. There's a complete surprise. :helpme

Yeah, that seems to be about the only thing that matters to them lately.

did you contact customer support and they could or would not fix it? or you are just posting first on gfy hoping that magically it will get fixed by itself?

I wrote and am waiting for a reply. I noted it on here as well, because there are all kinds of BS problems with Paxum lately that people should be sharing/aware of.

Weird, because it finally just went through about 15 minutes ago (which you're right, was "earlier today"), after trying numerous times.

and yeah, the ticket was closed "after" it finally went through.

I tried a bunch of times, and it would just re-direct me back to the main account page...still asking me to activate the card.

An insult to anyone else who earns that award which is now worthless.:2 cents:

Yes, we all know how respected the posters of gfy are in this industry. Thus making the award a valuable feather in one's cap! The first thing I always look for is if a company has won a gfy award:thumbsup
