What SEO software do you guys use?

I am currently running a combination of:

1. Senuke XCR
2. Scrapebox
3. Ninja Pinner
4. webDOM 3
5. GSA SEO indexer
6. GSA Auto Website Submitter
7. GSA Search Engine Ranker
8. Tweetadder

Anything I am missing out on?

Yes, you are missing GA, GWT and content is the king or make sites for visitors and not for search engines.
