The original state laws only covered 1 or 2 blends, they were rewritten to cover any chemical compounding.

Only a matter of time before the feds show up at their door. They usually wait until they identify the sellers bank accounts. Did that to a guy here right after the craze started. Seized his store, factory, bank accounts and over $100K in cash.
