so how many of you guys got your pxum mstercard hacked/ stolen in last months ?

How it got resolved ? Did you have to pay 40 $ chargeback for each transaction, and $$ for new issued card ?

i had my paxum card, they gave it to me for free if i am right. not sure about the chargebacks, so much wasted time for few hundreds :)

not me, but advice, dont use your paxum card to buy something and take it back, they will suspend it, and it takes forever to get unlocked, since you cant refund the card (refund)

I had to go through hoops, email recipts, phone #'s for the store, etc.

such a pain

what do you mean ? that people should not buy something card, and later try to return it ? yeah I suppose it would be a lot of hassle...

40 $ fee for chargeback ON UNAUTHORIZED transaction on STOLEN card is just beyond my imagination ;-) I wonder what mastercard thinks about it

i meant by returning it, paxum doesnt allow you to fund the card from an external source like a store.

meaning you cant credit the card.

+ they have that brilliant and genius feature now that you can't fund back your checking account from mastercard... great anti theif protection

No issues here, though I rarely use it other then at the ATM.
