Just put this on repeat and you'll add 50 pounds to your bench press.

Friends don't let friends listen to Manowar.

You need to inject some real metal into your playlist.

I love BoltThrower. I'll see you a BoltThrower and raise you a Bison BC.

I like working out to faster, louder music... Not my usual taste but it annoys me so I workout harder.

Love me some Bison BC, and especially High on Fire. Saw then a couple months ago. Matt Pike is the greatest. glad he kicked his substance abuse habit and can focus fully on his relentless riffing. Rumor has it Sleep is working on new material as well.

Swedish House Mafia for running, for weight days I like a bit of Eminem on my playlist.

It's HUGE! It includes Ozzy, NOFX, Rolling Stones, White Stripes, Mars Volta, etc, etc.

lots of metal here, try something different. One of my favourite tracks:

and another one of the same producer:

J/K

Depends on whether one fancies heavy or electro. Remember I used to listen to plenty of heavy stuff back in the day in my weightlifting prime, such as for example:

Rollins Band, Cypress Hill and their Skull and Bones, Judgement Night O.S.T. - a set of early rap / metal mixes etc..

Now most of the time I don't feel like that anymore, so it's more electro flavoured stuff like:

Massive Attack and Danny the Dog o.s.t. may be a tip.

For cardio work out - some more electro such as Leftfield which I never listen to outside the gym, but find stimulating in order to hit one's mph / cal quota.
