In one particular niche I am cleaning up from it. It's really shocked me. The people who think women would never join sites like these are dead wrong. That is all I will say. :)

Most of those women are probably fake accounts though. That's the way the dating business works.

I thought that before when it was maybe 2% of accounts which were female but in one niche I'm seeing 25-30% female with decent volume. They are real. It's just that the marketing technique I am using (rather unexpectedly) draws in women.

You need to have a base of real women to have a site that has any member value at all. There are women on these sites, well the good sites.

To convert women, it is important to have attractive male photo profiles in the landing page, for example:

Would love to ask you a few questions offline about your marketing strategy. I have a bunch of erotic titles out that are bestsellers, but sites like Amazon are crushing sales of explicit content (if it gets tagged as adult, it's almost impossible to find). I need to find other ways of getting in front of female buyers.
