It was originally 1.5 Billion when Avalos was the lead plaintiff and the original complaint was filled with holes. Once he got Midwest and actually did a bit more legal work Spencer figured he would throw in another 3 Billion. He has a 5 Billion lawsuit over tips going now as well. Just a swell guy trying to help the little guy.
