Problems w/ Anonymous IP's, Ad Blockers, DoNotTrack Plugins

Does anyone know if there are any problems with anonymous IP's (HideMyAss), Ad Blockers, DoNotTrack Plugins. Will this effect sign-ups and analytics when getting paid with a affiliate program?

And, I am talking about the traffic. The people that's actually spending their money. What if they are using any of these tools to sign-up?

i understand u well , programs are able to track them :)
they are not anonymous either by using this tools
