Fusion!? Progress it seems...
Interesting read and an apparent breakthrough toward the distant goal. We aren't about to end our reliance on fossil fuels but we are a lot closer than we were before this happened...

That's impressive, especially looking at their budget. And to think this project was a hair's breath away from being shuttered right before the breakthrough.

Most science is a hair's breath from being shuttered. The NASA and DARPA budgets should be at least 5x what they are, and the fact that we don't have a large hadron collider is embarrassing to say the least. I'm actually hoping the new Cosmos show will help show the mouth-breathers that actual science is more entertaining and important than the NCIS nonsense they usually watch.

Its been over an hour and not one conspiracy theorist?..
I know its late but that's bad form..... |
Most don't understand it well enough to post conspiracies about it.

Time to wipe coffee off screen now..! Can you imagine what our world would like be if conspiracy theorists only posted about things they understood very well. :upsidedow |

People working hard for years on something were able to find a bit of a breakthrough? Lizards control this? I am confused as to what conspiracy you are hoping to see brought up. |

Isn't hydrogen 3 the main element in our sun's fusion process? I thought that it was scarce on earth?
