how to be sure I buy legal tube content?
 

I'm on the way to buy tube videos in bulk (10'000+).

I requested to get following rights:
- provide public for free on our own tubes as stream and download
- right to watermark (if needed)

I got various different pricing on the content. Two big supplier offered me really great prices (both have some very popular brands in their collections).

My Question is, how I can be sure that I'm really safe against the producers or master right holders?
I saw some very well known producing companies in the collection and I want avoid troubles for us or our visitors.
(I'm sorry if the questions sound dumb, but I'm coming from Mainstream business)

If someone (with reputation) can post who on GFY sell licenses 100% legal it would be very helpful.

when you want to be 100% safe let the provider show you his agreement with the producer that includes tube usage.

...or...get directly from the producer.
Such as myself, NaughtyRob, etc...

Ok I will then try this way and pick some producers out where I will ask to see the contract.

I got many offers from various suppliers and already pick the "looks serious" supplier out (means I checked whois data/history, look on gfy, google for mail/nickname, check assigned websites for mail) but a risk still stay on end.

Let me ask in a discret way: is there a bad boy supplier on GFY with 10K+ posts where I should take care?
