I mean, how much does a website owner pays to the studio for the exclusive custom production of one standard (two persons sex) 10-20 minutes porn scene?

He's right...there are many many factors. You should just ask the specific producer that you are interested in, what they need for production of the type of content that you need.

You are better off looking at the question from the opposite POV.
Decide what you want to spend per scene. Then see if a shooter you want to work with can shoot what you want at that price.

A couple years ago, I posted photos of a particularly cute girl here on GFY. I got two emails from people who still post here regularly, asking what I would charge for a scene with that model. I wrote back to both and asked for more details: what kind of scene--b/g, g/g, anal, solo? What kind of production values--high end rented location, or something more gonzo-looking? Did they want some kind of scenario, or something more improvised? And, what kind of content--stills, stills and video, or just video?

Neither person replied.

Russians can do this type of content for $500-600 per set, I was told this years ago when porn was much more profitable. Also depends on the amount of scenes ordered.

But I would expect $700 - $1000 for good quality Eropean production. I can't really imagine paying $4000 per scene these days unless you hire pornstars or high-end models.

I understand, considering the exchange rate it is hard to do for many producers in EU, but I remember talking to a Russian years ago, running a paysite network who wanted me to shoot an exclusive solo girl scene for $150.

Someone from another Russian teen paysite program (well known) told me, they usually pay $600 per scene and I know, there were and are producers who do that for the price.

but in CZ or HU you dont shoot a boy/girl for $700 and make profit - at least not when you work with regular agencies, models, makeup etc.

In Budapest that's what the girl alone costs already for an anal scene - plus 20% for the agency

Russian production is actually very good these days and I am sure the studios here would confirm the prices are not so unreal. The average salaries in east Europe are low.

Also, we are talking about ordering several vids per model, not just one scene.
