anybody else here having problem paying with paypal now?

I am done with Paypal for anything but eBay. Unfortunately, you're stuck with them there...if you want to make money.

Use Google Wallet. What a great system they've finally got set up.

Yes, PayPal makes problems quite often......change if you can!
