i got a business outside of adult. let an employee run the company facebook pg. caught him rippin me off an fired his ass. dude has the facebook log on info an he aint givin it up. ne1 go through this shit b4 , whats 2do next , advice ????

Remove his admin privileges from the page, pretty simple? There is no user/pass for a page, it's part of your personal profile. So if you're doing all of this under fake info to begin with or something silly like that, no one is going to be able to help you.

I feel I am the luckiest guy in the world: after experimenting with 10-12 employees in the last 4 years I have 3 who are all fukkin reliable and with who I want to work until the end of times.. THIS limits my business I know well as I really dont want to hire another employee to risk this flawless system we have here. Instead, I pay my guys well so there's no chance for them to leave for a better offer.. The KEY is the good employee.

dudes been with me for 14 years till i caught him rippin me off last week. nemore seemed like ne1 who helps me with the biz for free he got pissed , maybe cuz he thought hes loosing control ov control he never had cuz he was an employee. he said he knows facebook an i told him to make a page. whats worrying me = if he puts some nasty shit on there that ruins the brand of my business. i have a girl workin for me whos his good friend , she dont wanna get involved. at wits end man.

Threaten him with a court order to give the details up.

(don't know where you are based) but usually as its a business account it comes under business property/ resources and therefore if his employment has ended he should not have access to it.

Just send an official letting stating he has XX number of days to give you the details or you will be taking legal action.

I think you can contact FB through some labyrinth of forms and stuff.. After you get to the cheese you should be able to prove you own the biz and claim the name, etc. back.

The key to firing someone who has access privileges to your network is to play nice and not let on that you know they're doing something they're not supposed to. Obtain the login info under a false pretense (IE.. you need to post something)... Then once you have it, change it and proceed with firing the SOB.
